Among other things, the note mentions that when his case is referred by the investigating judge to the relevant judicial council for the issuance of a decree, then “a big fight will be given in any way necessary” and specifically “with famous lawyers and new support from the political, state and justice world, as well as financial support to ensure success”.

Moreover, in another part of the same notes he states: “Our legal team, with the help of others, is to exercise creative support for our 12-13 comrades, and in order to ensure that the prosecution has as few witnesses as possible against whom there will be prosecution including the former MoD AT… It is imperative that we update those that need it on the issue of submitting a statement to the investigator! The interrogation will end with my plea to the interrogator. Then the file will be sent to a judicial council where we, mature and more experienced, will fight a legal battle where we will seek acquittal and vindication for all of us”.

At the same time, as per the announcement of the attorneys of the former minister and his wife, “they are calling upon everyone to help maintain the conditions of a 'fair trial' in relation to the Tsochatzopoulos case, which is under judicial review”.
