Particularly in this case under judicial investigation, in strict compliance with the conditions of a fair trial, the relevant provisions of the Penal Code and the Constitution as depicted by a series of decisions of the Supreme Court and EDDA, will contribute to the emergence of truth and consolidate the rule of law. Just at these critical times the importance and impact of the Just State, and thus the quality of our legal culture, must emerge”.
