The trial for the murder of the Pakistani in Petralona has started
They are allegedly Golden Dawn members and in custody
The trial of the two accused for the murder of the unfortunate immigrant about a year ago in lower Petralona started before the mixed sworn court without the parents of the 27-year-old luamam shehzad.
Both defendants, Christos Stergiopoulos and Dionysis Liakopoulos, are allegedly members of the Golden Dawn and are in custody for their actions.
In a statement to the court they denied of being GD members, while the latter expressed his condolences to the victim's family.
However, the prosecution asked the court to recognize that crime as a racial one.
According to the indictment, on 17/1/2013 morning, the two defendants while on a motorcycle had a quarrel "of an insignificant occasion" with the victim, which at the time was going to work.
The parents of the unfortunate immigrant are arriving to Athens from Pakistan in the next few hours.
