Lagarde list: ballot box for Papandreou and Papademos
After the support by Golden Dawn MPs to a proposal of the Independent Greek, the names of former prime ministers Yorgos Papandreou and Loukas Papademos will also be included in the ballot box that will show whether or not they will be referred to the preliminary committee for the Lagarde list case.

During the voting there will be 4 ballot boxes, as many as the people mentioned in the 3 proposals submitted by ND-DIMAR-PASOK, SYRIZA and the Independent Greeks-Golden Dawn. The new proposal posrpones the discussion and voting for next Wednesday 16/01 or Thursday 17/0, since according to the Greek parliament Standing Orders, there should be a gap of at least 7 days from the filing day until the debate in order for those referred to prepare their defense.

Golden Dawn GS Nikos Michaloliakos said «the Golden Dawn will make sure the ballots for the preliminary investigation include Yorgos Papandreou, the prime minister who put Greece in the memorandum. All members of the Golden Dawn will sign the referral proposal.»

The Independent Greeks submitted a proposal this morning demanding the inclusion of Evangelos Venizelos, Yorgos Papandreou and Lucas Papademos in the preliminary committee for altering and not utilizing the Lagarde list, along with Yorgos Papakonstantinou.

For Papandreou they say that «it is certain that then prime minister Yorgos Papandreou knew of and guided the operations of these two ministers, because it is certain that he knew of the existence of the relevant electronic files since there was interference by Intelligence Agencies, the French and the Greek ministries of Finance and diplomats.»

Papandreou knew about Margarita's involvement in the list

Panos Kammenos’ party cites the official testimonies to the economic prosecutors by SDOE members, whereby they involve the former prime minister’s mother, Margarita Papandreou, in the case. In the relevant paragraphs they state:

Papandreou certainly knew about the existence of the electronic file and had the intention of concealing it because according to the Financial Crime Officers, it contained registered deposits with the name of his mother, Margarita Papandreou.

Specifically, SDOE Special Secretary Stylianos Stasinopoulos testified the following on 03.10.2012 before the Economic Crime Prosecutors: «[...] At yesterday's meeting, when again I asked the directors whether they knew anything, the director of the Planning and Coordination of the Central Audit Office, Lekkas, told us that there are rumors of a woman’s name on the list with 500 million euros. Acting naive, I said “why not tell us the name to satisfy our curiosity?” And Lekkas mentioned Margarita Papandreou’s name.»

Also, on 09.10.2012 director of the Third Directorate of the Central Financial Crime Unit, Evangelos Karamanos, testified the following among other things: «[...] In the same meeting something was mentioned which I think it is my duty to tell you. Specifically, 2nd Division Director Lekkas said he has information on a well-known female name in the list file. When he was asked to name the person, he said it was Margarita Papandreou.»
