Louis Cruises: New cruise destinations for this summer

Luis Cruises company presented at a press conference their program for the summer of 2014.

The new destinations and theme cruises make a big difference in this year's ambitious program of the company. Luis Cruises administration is confident that the Greek cruise will be on the rise this summer.

According to the reservation data so far, presented by CEO Mr. Kyriakos Anastasiadis, the bookings have increased by 20% compared to last year.

New Greek destinations are added in Louis Cruises program for the summer of 2014 and the theme cruise concept is introduced.

Thematic cruises passengers will come to know local Greek gastronomy, Greek history, music tradition and folklore and will also have the opportunity to see traditional Greek costumes, through a collaboration with the Lyceum club of Greek Women.

According to Mr. Pythagoras Nagos, Sales Manager of Louis Cruises, the islands of Kos, Ios, Milos, Samos, Syros, Symi and Turkish cities Bodrum and Cesme, will be added in this year's program.

Note that since 2007, Louis Cruises has contributed greatly to the Greek economy despite the crisis, as its annual contribution to the economic life of the country is estimated at 76 million euros.

Louis Cruises calculates that this year it will serve 820,000 passengers from 148 different countries and 150,000 of them will start their cruise from Greek ports, thus boosting «home porting» that can bring significant benefits to our country.
