The President of the Greek Democracy went to Orestiada, in the prefecture of Evros, for the sanctification of the Ardas river.
In his statements he called upon the EU to enforce a complete policy on the subject of illegal immigration, and asked Turkey to control its borders and implement the Greek/Turkish Protocol of Readmission at once.
