«I did not expect such happiness!»

Katerina Lehou, female protagonist of Mega channel’s successful “The Island” series, spoke on Love Radio about the well-liked TV series and her personal life.

The talented actress revealed information about Manos Stratakis, the man in her life. 

She spoke of a balanced relationship. «I don’t believe in big love affairs that just drop from the sky. I want to experience something real. Both good times and bad», adding «I did not expect such happiness».

When asked about becoming a biological mother she said she does not know what the future holds. Jokingly she added that there is not much time because unlike Sara, you can’t have children at 80!

And she might not be relaxed on the maternity issue, but things happen when they’re supposed to!

Closing the subject of her personal life, Katerina said she would never compare her life to a movie because «Life it is not to be directed, but to be lived"...

She also referred to “The Island”, saying that the Greek theater actors in their entirety were auditioned, while she was out to lunch on the day the series premiered and missed the first episode: «I missed it, I was out to lunch and everybody kept calling so I was worried».

As for the wide audience following the series… she is impressed «It ranges from the lady in Kolonaki to the guy at the gym».
