HRADF prepares to sell government properties worth 500 million until the end of the year, as Andreas Taprantzis, executive director of the Fund, stated at Bloomberg.
According to A. Taprantzis, the property portfolio will be worth at least 350 million euros and will include leased city buildings, homes and development land offering great opportunities. He also added that UBS AG (UBSN), Deutsche Bank AG (DBK) and BNP Paribas SA will act as fund advisors on the portfolio.
The Fund completed almost 5 billion euros of deals including 1.8 billion euros of real estate over the past 14 months and aims to take advantage of the renewed investor demand for Greek assets.
