Greece's National Meteorological Service (EMY) issued an extreme weather warning for early Wednesday through Thursday morning, forecasting storms, strong winds and possible hail in central and northern Greece.
The areas of Macedonia, Thrace, Thessaly and the islands in the northern Aegean are most probably going to be affected by the swift weather change.
There is going to be a sharp drop in temperatures accompanied by gale-force winds of 7-8 beaufort.
