New deadline extension for semi-outdoor spaces

The deadline of the amendment tabled in Parliament concerning the submission of documents to relevant planning services for properties to become subject to the provisions of the semi-outdoor spaces regulation, has been extended to the 31st of December.

The deadline for paying the first installment of the special conservation fine for environmental restoration has been extended until the end of the year.

According to the same amendment, Eratosthenous 13 and St. Spyridon Square in Pangrati is defined as a marked construction space for the operation of the Museum of Contemporary Art.

The same amendment introduced the possibility of defining spaces of religious functions in the Elaionas area, including the construction of a mosque in a 850-sq.m. area.
