Fines prior to sale of state property

The finance ministry will immediately begin the recording of public property and the inspections concerning encroached areas. In an effort to find 50 billion from privatizations, it seems that it will not have to sweat for new investors. Part of it will be collected directly from squatters who are already in public estates or parts of state assets under sale.

For this purpose the finance ministry is proceeding with the digitization of all state property. A consultant is being sought who will also assess it through automatic calculation of objective values, whereby a fine will be automatically implemented upon those who trample on state property.

The competition will be held on October 12, 2011. It will record in detail more than 90.000 public properties, totaling an area of 3.500.000 acres. The image of the country's territory will be posted on a special website.

According to the notice of the digitization project, individuals that are caught within state property will pay compensation that will be automatically confirmed for the user via Taxis.

However, the compensation protocols are finalized after 30 days. Thus, they are stopped if the squatter moves to an appeal. This means that if the claimants of state property go en masse to the courts, as expected, then the debt to the IRS will not be confirmed and the state will not be able either to collect or to sell.
