The State Department of the United States dismissed today as "ludicrous" the comments made by Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov about the crisis in Ukraine, especially that USA is behind the political unrest in Ukraine.
"Many of the claims he made in the interview are ludicrous and they are not based in fact", said State Department spokeswoman Jen Psaki.
