Athens public transport passengers are expected to experience some discomfort on Wednesday 19 and Thursday 20 December due to the demonstrations of the sector’s workers.
Specifically, the Attica basin will be left without metro, tram and electric rail on Wednesday from the start of the shift until 9 am, while on Thursday there will be a 24-hour strike.
Meanwhile, railway workers have announced two 24-hour strikes on Wednesday and Thursday, protesting the implementation of the single payroll in SOEs. Due to these protest strikes OSE and Suburban trains will be docked for 48 hours.
