The economic prosecutors will send the case file of the Lagarde list to parliament.
According to information, in a concise report regarding the law on the liability of ministers, Gr. Peponis and Sp. Mouzakitis will send the file of the case for the non-use of the data as well as the whole controversial list in order for the parliament to investigate possible liabilities of the ministers for the case of depositors at HSBC. Thus, the parliament will in turn be asked to look into whether G. Papakonstantinou and E. Venizelos are liable.
The next step is to set up an investigation committee to find how the CD got lost from the office of former Finance minister G. Papakonstantinou.
