UPD:
While the debt processes are culminating, the government has partially
revealed its cards about the moves of the next day. From Brussels, Venizelos replied to the question whether the agreement will be ratified by a simple majority or a majority of 180 MPs: "It is obvious that the government considers that such issues should be treated with an increased sense of responsibility and therefore be passed, if possible, by a wide parliamentary majority, not because it is legally necessary, but because it is nationally imperative and politically responsible." Essentially, the government is throwing the ball of the responsibility for the decision to ND, which will either have to consent or bear the onus of early elections.
The choice was made at the request of lenders who want to know "who will implement the agreement." The issue arose during the appointment between Merkel-Sarkozy-Papandreou, with the Prime Minister indicating that the main opposition party in Greece belongs to the European People's Party to which the leaders, Germany and France, belong as well. On Tuesday morning, Papandreou will inform the Greek President about the developments in an appointment that will show the PM’s intentions for the handling of the political parties. That is, whether he will be limited only to updating or if he will call for a meeting of all political leaders. One thing is certain; the Union requests Greece's political stability to allow time for the implementation of the deal.
