The Proto Thema Company is announcing an increase in sharholders. Mr.Anastasios Pallis, from the field of shipping, will be collaborating with the Restis Group.

The Proto Thema Company is announcing an
increase in sharholders. Mr.Anastasios Pallis, from the field of
shipping, will be collaborating with the Restis Group.
From the increase of shareholding in "Proto Thema A.E." the participation of new shares is at 40% of the company total.
The increase takes place in the context of a new
plan for the enhancement and expansion of the activities and enterprises
of the company, whilst the absolute journalistic independece is still
preserved.
The remaining 60% of the shares is still owned by
journalists Themos Anastasiadis and Anastasios Karamitsos.
