as the DEI electrical company, are being informed of new measures to be taken in order for them to stop burdening the budget of all public services. Minister of Finance Giorgos Papakostantinou is asking for measures to be taken in each and every company.
In the letters sent, the cuts in payable overtime and the unification of salaries in all Public Interest Companies are underlined. The Minister is also asking all public services that have already had pay cuts to slash even more operational and salary costs, although he recognises that efforts have been made already.
