DEKO massacre with wage decreases up to 25%

DEKO massacre with wage decreases up to 25%
For all workers in the 52 DEKO’s, until now under the economic control of the ministry of Finance, plus as many that will now enter, the bill (as approved by the ministerial council) draws up income policy from January 1st as follows:

- maximum cap of 4,000e per month (gross) calculated on a 12-month basis (4,000x12=48,000). This regulation is for 10% of DEKO employees in total
- reduction in earnings by 10% for the fee portion exceeding 1,8000e per month (gross). Marital status and hazardous work allowances are exempted. This regulation is for 89% of DEKO employees (starts gradually from marginal reductions and reaches the maximum 10%). Only 11% have a monthly gross income lower than 1,8000e
- 10% cap per entity of total expenditure on salaries, fees such as overtime work, overtime, away work, travel expenses and exempted days of work. This regulation will affect employees depending on how the company will allocate the fees.
