Golden Dawn games with scenarios for resignation of its PG to cause elections

Over the past hours several mechanisms have been engaged in methodically spreading news which reports of members of the Golden Dawn submitting their resignation to cause local elections in 15 constituencies including A΄ and B΄ Athens, Attica, A΄ and B΄ Thessaloniki.

It is worth noting that far-right party circles confirm this information adding that "this scenario is being discussed for two days now."

Elias Kasidiaris appears as a key supporter of the view on collective resignations from the parliamentary seats and thus causing elections. Michaloliakos reportedly sees this idea positively though for now there is no final decision, while MPs who fear that they will not re-elected remain neutral.

The same circles indicate that the particular move by Golden Dawn aims to cause elections and show that they are still accepted by a part of Greek society, adding "in this way they will give a constitutional answer to the below the belt hits by the regime's systems.”
