UPD:
The serving of about 2,500 to Metro, electric railway and tram strikers has started, while the Prosecutor calls for the arrest of strikers for violating court decisions which declared their protests illegal.
However, as the strikers remain gathered at the Metro depot in Sepolia, bailiffs are pοsting the travel warrants at the strikers' homes, since they are unable to find them in person.
Meanwhile, Head of the First Instance Prosecutors of Athens Panagiota Fakou forwarded the court decisions to the Greek state security, as they show that the protests of Metro workers were declared illegal and the protesters were prohibited from continuing them.
Based on these decisions, the police authorities have the right to arrest Metro workers that are on strike and are thus violating court orders.
The strikers, however, remain in the Sepolia depot, refusing to carry out these judicial decisions, while the government has clarified it will harden its stance towards them.
