Juncker: A schedule for the tranche today

In exclusive statements to the ANA – MNA (Athens News Agency – Macedonia News Agency), Eurozone chief Jean-Claude Juncker said today’s Eurogroup should come up with a specific timetable for the disbursement of the tranche toward Greece.

 

Juncker stressed that "it would be wise to arrive at a specific timetable for the tranche today" as "the preparatory work that has already been done proved that the disbursement should be organized in the best possible way."

 

The Eurogroup president said he is "impressed by the recent performance of Greece with the passing of the multi-bill and the budget, and Greece has fulfilled its commitments regarding the obligations we had set. Today we will evaluate the Troika report, but there will be no decision on Greece," Juncker concluded.
