PASOK deliberations, ND meetings

A real barrage of meetings and contacts in PASOK and New Democracy has been taking place, but obviously also between them, with the backdrop of the formation of a new government.

PM G. Papandreou had a telephone communication with Health Minister Mr. Andreas Loverdos, who met with the Finance Minister before the cabinet began. As to their topic of discussion, it was the nomenclature of potential prime ministers.

The name of former ECB VP, Lucas Papademos, but also former EU Commissioner Stavros Dimas, remain at the forefront.

Meanwhile in Leoforos Siggrou, there is a meeting taking place at the New Democracy party, under party president, Antonis Samaras. The meeting brings together two vice presidents, Avramopoulos and Dimas, as well as executives like Messrs. Arvanitopoulos, Michelakis, Bouras and Lazaridis.
