Strong winds and rain

The winds in the Ionian Sea will be southeastern at 8B and the temperature will rise to higher than normal levels. Local rain is expected at midday in the northwest which will later move toward the western and northern parts

Attica weather will be generally mild with clouds appearing every now and then. Visibility will be limited in the morning and the temperature will be at 8-21C.

Cloudy skies are also predicted for Thessaloniki with chances of rain in the afternoon. Visibility will also be limited in the morning and the temperature will range between 6-18C.

Slightly overcast skies that will bring rain in the afternoon are predicted for Macedonia and Thrace. Visibility will be limited in the morning and the temperature will range between 4 and 20C.

Clouds will also appear in Epirus, the western mainland, western Peloponnisos and the Ionian, and will later increase and bring rain. Winds will be northern northeastern 4-6B, locally 8 in the Ionian and the temperature will be between 7-22C.

Overcast skies are also predicted for Thessaly, the eastern mainland, Evia and eastern Peloponnisos with local rain during the afternoon, mainly on the mountains. Winds will be northern at 3-5 and gradually 6B in the eastern and southern parts. The temperature will range between 5 and 22C.

The weather will be mild in Crete and the Cyclades, with partly cloud skies. Winds will be southern-southwestern at 4-6 and the temperature will be at 11-20C.

The weather will also be mild in the eastern Aegean and Dodecanese, with limited visibility in the morning. Winds will be southern at 5-6B and the temperature will range between 9 and 20C.
