There were two attacks with small gas canisters in Thessaloniki on Wednesday afternoon, according to Salonica Press News.

There were two attacks with small gas canisters in Thessaloniki on Wednesday afternoon, according to Salonica Press News. In the middle of the day, in the city centre and amongst the traffic jam due to the rain, the small handmade bombs exploded on the corner of Promitheos and Anagenniseo, near the high court and in front of the Union of Retired Police Officers.
The second explosion occured in the office of LAOS MP Mr. Kolokotronis on Mitropoleos Street.
Two employees of the
MP’s office were slightly injured from the explosion. According to eye witnesses, a young woman left
a rucksack at the entrance of the building and disappeared.
