Guardian newspaper has published a revealing article that has shaken the English football: Police are investigating a complaint about the use of cocaine during a match of the Premier League. In fact, the allegations involve one of the leading English clubs, according to information released by the newspaper.
As reported by the Guardian, the police were called in to investigate suspicions of drug use inside the stadium by the club's employees and even by prominent officials, including at least one high-profile figure in top management with a considerable reputation.
On one occasion, according to the Guardian, two officials were caught snorting in the offices of a rival club and on another, a member of the club noticed... a suspicious residue of white powder on the clothing of his colleague.
