Baltakos Jr. and Golden Dawn members clash in Parliament

Pandemonium prevailed on the first floor of the Parliament building, as the son and police bodyguard of Mr. Takis Baltakos clashed with parliament members of the Golden Dawn party.

According to sources, Georgios-Dimitrios Baltakos was in his father's office in Parliament, when he decided to move against Golden Dawn's offices on the same floor.

He entered their offices abruptly and assaulted M. Arvanitis, N. Kouzilos and Ar. Mattheopoulos.

Elias Panayiotaros and Dim. Koukoutsis immediately reciprocated violently, as Mr. Baltakos' police guard joined the fray.

The clash ended as Parliament security and Mr. Baltakos himself, intervened.

Golden Dawn MP, Elias Kasidiaris went to the Parliament security building and, according to sources, is planning to file a lawsuit against the son of Mr. Baltakos.

Minister of Shipping, Miltiadis Varvitsiotis has suspended Mr. Baltakos' son, since the latter is a member of the Coast Guard.
