The troika heads are expected to visit the Labour Ministry at noon today. They will examine the state of implementation of the commitments undertaken by Greece against its creditors, will continue the negotiation for adjusting debts to the pension funds and check the state of the administrative and economic integration of the funds’ branches.
Lenders insist on the setting for a last opportunity payment to not provide more than 36 installments, while requiring the borrower to guarantee the repayment of debt with letters of credit and prenotations of real estate property.
The administrations of the Funds believe that such a measure is unnecessary, as debtors -if not in the category of professionals who owed IKA even before the crisis- are unable to provide guarantees.
