The first expert report on the USB with the names of account holders at HSBC Geneva arrived at the preliminary parliamentary committee investigating the case of the Lagarde list.

"There is no alteration in the records of the USB stick containing the Lagarde list created on 8.7.2011," the expert report of the Directorate of Criminal Investigations says, thereby limiting the alteration time when the file was in the hands of Yorgos Papaconstantinou and Yannis Diotis.

In their report the investigators confirm that Diotis proceeded to copy the files from the USB Papakonstandinou gave him to a new USB at 15:02
on 8.7.2011 and the whole process took 3 minutes. The files were opened by four different users whose passwords have been detected, and therefore can be identified. The 4 users focused on 58 specific folders on the list. Researchers have have identified the file being opened even before 8.7.2011, Papakonstantinou’s period, and this is because the copying process transferred some electronic traces of the parent medium storage device.

The user with the password «Window User» seems to have opened the file for the first time on 30.9.2010, one day after its initial receipt from the French authorities. The same user opened the file again at 12.20 in the evening

on 28.2.2011 and a third time on 1.7.2011.

The second user, with code SO113601, seems to correspond to a SDOE computer as the first time the list was opened was on 6.7.2011, probably the day Papakonstantinou gave a USB to Diotis and again on 2.10. 2012 when the USB returned to SDOE from the Premier’s office.

The third user, with code USERI, possibly corresponds to Diotis’ computer as the electronic trail leads to 8.7.2011, when the copying process took place.

The last code, "Sofia", probably corresponds to Venizelos’ computer as the displayed date is 1.10.2012, when the PASOK chairman was informed that the file does not exist in SDOE and tried to find the USB that Diotis had given to him.
