Flash bulletin about rough weather from Saturday

The National Weather Service issued a flash bulletin about rough weather from tomorrow, Saturday, and from the west.

The main characteristics will be the locally strong rainfall and storms, and the increased winds.

Saturday

Weather: intense rainfall and storms starting from the northern Ionian and moving to Epirus, the western mainland, temporarily in the northern Ionian and western Peloponnisos, and then to eastern Macedonia and Thrace.

Winds: southern increased, reaching 8B in the high seas.

Sunday

Weather: intense rainfall and storms from the northern Ionian to Epirus, the western mainland, eastern Macedonia, Thrace, the rest of Macedonia, western and northern Thessaly and possibly the central mainland at night.

Winds: southern in the Aegean, reaching to 9B.

Weather phenomena will decline from Monday afternoon in most of  the northern and western regions, with gradual decrease of southern winds.

Intense rainfall and storms are expected in the eastern Aegean and the Dodecanese, with gradual improvement on Tuesday.
