Kammenos: The anti-memorandum supporters are not enough

Panos Kammenos insists that PASOK and ND must take back their signatures on the memorandum.

Speaking after his meeting with SYRIZA president Alexis Tsipras, the Independent Greeks leader said that there is no question of forming a government out of the anti-memorandum front since they do not have the necessary majority.

"The MPs of SYRIZA, Independent Greeks and the Democratic Left do not reach 120. So there is a lack of the necessary majority for forming a government by the anti-memorandum front."

He noted that if the other parties supporting the memorandum "choose to acknowledge their mistake, withdraw their binding signatures and participate in a government to eliminate the memorandum and immediately declare the EEZ, we will talk about it at the meeting chaired by the President of the Republic."

Kammenos clarified that the Independent Greeks remain loyal to what they said before the elections.
