Rainy weather on Monday

The Ionian Islands will see a rainy beginning of the week to come, with sporadic showers in the rest of the country too, especially in the morning. Visibility in the early hours of Monday will be restricted in many parts of the mainland.

In the north of the country the temperature will be between 5C and 17C, in the west and south of Greece in the mid teens and up to 22C, in the central areas the thermometer will climb from 10C to 18C, whereas on the islands it will top 20C.

Both in the Aegean and the Ionian Seas, winds will be moderate to very strong.

In Attica it will be cloudy, with the temperature reaching 20-21C and with strong winds in the afternoon hours.

As for Thessaloniki, visibility in the city will be low, mainly in the morning, winds will blow from the east and the temperature will not rise above 17C.
