Troika reports bring 6th tranche and wider haircut

Based on the troika report that will be the criterion for the decisions for our country, the passing of the multi-bill will be a prerequisite for the 6th tranche.

According to information, two separate reports for our country by the auditors of the Troika have been handed to Christine Lagarde, President Barroso, Commissioner Rehn and Jean-Claude Juncker.

The first concerns the implementation and failures of the mid-term. Sources in Brussels indicate that the report acknowledges Greece should receive the 6th tranche if the multi-bill is passed today. Given the decisions of the Greek parliament, the Eurogroup will meet tomorrow to assess the situation and decide whether to continue the lending.

The second report focuses on the management of the Greek public debt. According to the same sources, the report notes that the situation is out of control and the debt will hardly become manageable. It thus gives the "green light" for a wider "haircut" of the Greek debt, an issue that will be high on the agenda in the meetings of finance ministers and leaders of Europe throughout the "hot" weekend in Brussels.
