Approximately at 1 in the morning, two strangers shot and fatally wounded a 25-year-old security employee who was patrolling the highway.
The perpetrators then stole his vehicle and robbed the Roupaki toll station nearby, escaping with only 150 euros.
The vehicle was found in Aspropirgos, while police discovered the unfortunate young man’s body later in the day.
