18-year-old Greek drowned in hotel pool
On Sunday, an 18-year-old youth died tragically after jumping into the swimming pool of a hotel he visited for a "cool" swim, in the prefecture of Ilia in the Peloponnese.

For the moment, nothing more connected to his death or what led to it is known. His body was seen floating in the pool by another holiday maker, who called the hotel authorities and the police.
Although doctors tried to do the best they could for the young man, they pronounced him dead and declared he had died before they arrived at the location.
The young man came from the area and had been working nearby.
The coroner is expected to deliver the autopsy results soon and announce the cause of the youth’s death.
