Rain and decrease in temperature around the country

Gradual decline of the northern winds is expected from the east in the afternoon. Local rain will fall mainly in the eastern mainland and Crete. The temperature will stay at low seasonal levels.

Cloudy morning weather with chances of rain and improvement in the afternoon are expected for Attica . The winds will be northern-northeastern 5-7, will possibly reach 9B in the east and decrease in the afternoon. The temperature will range between 6 and 13C.

Cloudy skies and rain are also predicted for Thessaloniki. Winds will be eastern-northeastern at 3-5B, variable past the afternoon, and the temperature will be at 7-12C.

Slightly overcast skies are expected for Macedonia and Thrace, with light rain in Western and Central Macedonia and light snow on the mountains. Winds will be northeastern 3-5B and 6-8B in the east, with a gradual decline from the afternoon. The temperature will range between 2-14C.

Slightly cloudy skies that will later bring rain are predicted for the Ionian, Epirus, the western mainland and western Peloponnisos. Snow will fall on the mountains of Epirus. Winds will be eastern at 3-5B and will turn to northern- northwestern in the afternoon. The temperature will range between 3 and 17C.

Overcast skies with light local rain and snow on the mountains are predicted for Thessaly, eastern mainland, Evia and eastern Peloponnisos, but the weather will improve in the afternoon. Winds will be northern-northeastern at 5-7 and will probably reach 9B in the east. A gradual decline is expected during the night. The temperature will be at 3-14 and will reach 10C in Thessaly.

Slightly overcast skies are expected over Crete and the Cyclades, which will be increased and bring local rain in Crete . Winds will be northern at 7-8B but will decrease during the night. The temperature will range between 8-17C.

The eastern Aegean and the Dodecanese will have temporarily cloudy skies, while there will also be a lot of sunshine. Winds in the north will be northeastern at 6-8B and the temperature will range between 8-17C, 2-3 degrees lower in the north.
