Dragasakis: SYRIZA will do “whatever it takes” if we face difficulties with our partners
A SYRIZA government will do “whatever it takes” to address any problems and difficulties in negotiations with partners.

The above statement was made by SYRIZA's MP Ioannis Dragasakis  when speaking at a political event during which he admitted that the “SYRIZA government of salvation will face problems in trying to put an end to the dangers of austerity and memorandum”.

Mr. Dragasakis answered to a relevant question by using the words of the President of the ECB, Mario Draghi, “whatever it takes” and he did not rule out the possibility of a referendum, noting that “if we face difficulties, SYRIZA will reach out to the people in a democratic way”.

The head of the ECB had used these words when he announced the program of ECB for government bond markets (OMT) in the summer of 2012 , referring to the efforts of the European Central Bank to protect the euro.
