Koutsoumbas: People anticipate the "resurrection of the living"
“Τhe real event in the economy is that 2014 will be a year of relative stabilization of the economy after a five-year –and even longer- deep economic crisis”, he stresses
“There are no miracles in capitalism or socialism. Everything around us is a result of the people’s manual and spiritual labour”, Communist KKE party secretary general Dimitris Koutsoumbas said in an interview with Sunday’s Eleftherotypia.
He pointed out that workers and the unemployed around the world “do not anticipate the resurrection of the dead but the resurrection of the living” through a genuine Resurrection-Revolution of the workers and the peoples.
Asked on the developments in the economy he noted that “the real event in the economy is that 2014 will be a year of relative stabilization of the economy after a five-year –and even longer- deep economic crisis.”
He also pointed out that “even this year of ‘stabilization’ is still highly unstable and it would not terminate “the anti-popular restructuring that has started” while “the anti-popular laws and measures, the long-lasting memoranda, the rules and the mechanisms of surveillance and monitoring of the EU would not cease to exist”.
