Another person died today from the flu virus, increasing the total number to 66.
According to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (KEELPNO), the majority of people who have died were suffering from some underlying disease and had not been vaccinated.
Also, according to the data so far, a total of 206 people have been hospitalized in ICUs, while 61 remain hospitalized in serious condition.
