A document of the German Finance Ministry speaks of a new aid package in the form of a 10 - 20 billion-euro loan financed by the ESM for Greece to meet its borrowing needs for the next 2 years. It will not be called a third memorandum to avoid political reactions, as the SKAI correspondent reported from Germany.
