The bill for the single tax on property (ENFIA) will be filed tomorrow Thursday in the Greek parliament by Finance Minister Yannis Stournaras.

As Finance Ministry sources say, the final form of the bill provides for even lower charges for the majority of owners, against either the tax burden borne today, or the original estimates of the bill.

Speaking at the annual conference of the American-Hellenic Chamber, Prime Minister Antonis Samaras said that property will be taxed in a uniform manner and the total amount will remain at the 2013 levels by broadening the tax base and alleviating for the 75% of households.
