No settling of debts for those that lost the old ones

According to information, troika is asking for the reduction of the debt repayment doses at no more than 12 or 24 for all.

‘Give doses to the rich’
Troika accepts only that due to liquidity problems in the market, even the wealthy will find it difficult to directly repay so many taxes (primarily for property rather than their income). Only for them is it willing to include them in an arrangement with several installments if the Greek government “puts its hands” on their property to ensure the collection of debt. The only suggested way for the rest who cannot adjust their doses to their needs is the seizures of wages and property.

Personal settings from the government
To stop troika, the Greek government is thinking of a "multi-speed" settling as it considers that over-taxation and the crisis create different needs and possibilities in every citizen. The burden of negotiating now falls to the new general secretary of revenues Charis Theocharis. The easy part of the negotiation is to remove the old settings. The rest, however, will require both parties to cover a great distance from their original positions in order to reach an agreement.

According to information the new arrangements will provide for:

-      distinction of debts according to their source (income, property, etc.)

-      consideration of ability to pay taxes per debtor

-       the institution of "warned delay" in payment of installments so that the debtor will be able to retain the setting or prolong it

-       immediate activation of enforced recovery measures (seizures, etc.) if the taxpayer does not pay in time even one dose of the regulation

-      those who had used similar settings in the past and were not consistent will not be able to enter the new setting.
