Armed clashes between DIAS police and two Georgians took place at night at the junction of Agnanton and Ovrenovic street in Petralona
According to what has become known so far, DIAS police signaled the two Georgians to stop because their car seemed suspicious after a robbery had been reported in a nearby home.
The passenger of the car opened fire against the police who fired back, fatally injuring the passenger of the car and arresting the driver.
The injured man passed away during his transportation to the hospital.
