Cloudy weather on Wednesday

Local rains in the eastern parts of the Aegean, with a gradual improvement in the afternoon, and light clouds in the rest of the country which will increase during the warm hours of the day in the mainland, causing short-term storms especially on the western, central and northern mountains.

Temperatures will range between 8 and 24C in northern Greece, from 12 to 26C in central and southern Greece, 12 to 24C in western Greece and 16 to 24C in the Aegean isles and Crete.

Weak to mild southwesterly winds in the central and northern Aegean, but during the afternoon they will turn southerly and grow in strength. In the rest of the Aegean, winds will be gale-force southwesterly. Mild westerly winds in the Ionian.

In Attica good weather is expected with temporarily increased clouds in the north. Temperatures will reach 25C. Mild westerly winds in the Saronic Gulf and the Southern Euboean.

In Thessaloniki we are expecting a few clouds with a chance of rain on the mountains. Temperatures will reach 23C. Mild southerly winds in the Thermaikos Gulf.
