Pangalos: «I haven’t got 7.500 to pay the real estate hike!»

It’s not only wage earners, pensioners or the unemployed that have been going through rough times lately with one hike following another. Deputy prime minister Thodoros Pangalos is standing by them since, as he confessed in this morning's broadcast on Mega, he doesn’t have 7.500 euros for the property hike included in the electricity bill! He added that he is considering selling one of his houses to get the money, while his answer to the question "How will you sell a home now, since the market is in recession?", was stupefying to say the least: “Well then, Venizelos can arrest me and put me in jail!”. Reportedly, Maximos Mansion is annoyed about this new, untimely blow on the part of the vice president.
