The positive and negative scenarios and the haircut

UPD:
Following the newly announced measures, Greece is confronted with three possible scenarios concerning its very near future, said the FinMin Evangelos Venizelos.
The first - already under discussion among international partners - has to do with the country remaining in the Eurozone and re-negotiating the debt with a 50% haircut.
Venizelos said that “it is dangerous to discuss it among us as it needs a consistent effort from many parties”, while for such a thing to happen, they must first decide and present the measures for the next three years and vote on the state budget.
The positive scenario would be the validation and execution of the July 21st agreement, which foresaw the restructuring of the debt with a 20% bond haircut.
What about the bad scenario though? That speaks of an end to negotiations with the Troika and Greece going bankrupt. Venizelos mentioned this one while speaking in parliament on Thursday, citing Argentina’s example and saying the same situation could apply to Greece, too.
