Dozens of cocaine "eggs" at a total weight of one kilo and 300 grams had been swallowed by a 31-year-old Nigerian to import them into Greece.

The man was arrested at Eleftherios Venizelos airport in Athens at noon on Sunday, while he was in the arrivals lounge where he had only just touched down by air from Lagos, Nigeria, via Dubai. (ana-mpa)
The man was suspected of carrying drugs through the swallowing method and with his explicit consent he was led to an on-call hospital, where during his treatment he gradually expelled 75 packages of cocaine of different weights.
