All investors who will buy state land will be given many benefits according to the new implementation law.

The State has decided that it will change all building rules for big investors - but not for small ones. Beaches and even archaeological sites will be let to big investors for about 50 years and only the strictly protected areas such as national forests and monuments are excluded from this. There is also an open window for tresspassed areas to become legal through express procedures from now on, all in the interests of investing and bringing in capital.

The sale of beaches could mean that they will be private for 50 years - forgetting that sea is free and accesible to all - according to previous law, thus of course providing more leeway for putting up taller buildings even if the areas to be built are not included in the city plan.
