A new day of discomfort awaits passengers today, due to the strikes in public transport, banks and the public sector, while the centre will be inaccessible because of the GSEE-ADEDY rally at Klafthmonos square and the protests of the Indignant citizens at Syntagma as well.

ISAP workers will strike from 11am until the end of their shift. Trolleys and buses will remain docked, excluding about 200 for the needs of the Special Olympics. OSE and suburban trains will remain in their hackstands, while the metro will operate normally since its workers have suspended their action.

Air-traffic controllers will take part with two 4-hour work stoppages from 8am to 12pm and from 6pm to 10pm, causing problems and changes in scheduled flights.

Ships will also remain docked, while hospitals, health centres and EKAV will operate with security staff. Pharmacies will also remain closed for today.

Bank employees are taking part in the strike, along with OTA workers, so it would be wise to keep our garbage at home…
