The police sidearm that a team of antiauthoritarians snatched from a police officer in central Athens, was finally discovered in a dumpster.

The police sidearm that a team of antiauthoritarians snatched from a police officer in central Athens, was finally discovered in a dumpster.
The thriller with the stealing of police weapons began around 5 pm in Acadimias street. Two police officers were making checks on any persons who approached the area along the Propylaea protest route was.
Suddenly, a group of anti-authoritarians attacked them, throwing them down on the ground and grabbing a service sidearm. They disappeared running through the narrow streets nearby.
Immediately, an alarm sounded and police forces began “combing” the area.
A few minutes after eight, police managed to locate the weapon that the unknown perpetrators had thrown in the dumpster.
