They are lifting the barriers at the tolls again

Independent citizen initiatives clarified that they will not bow down and they are lifting the barriers again of the tolls throughout Greece tomorrow at 3 pm.

The “I am not paying” action will start from Thessaloniki and will spread all over the country at 13 toll stations, and there are 8 stations in Attiki Odos that will be forcibly lifted, too. All this is taking place against the backdrop of the government’s warning that there will be fines for drivers that don’t pay.

This time the initiative is expected to be stronger, since there have already been lawsuits against many of the people that initiated the movement.
 
Information states that the management of Attiki Odos has asked for personal info on all those drivers that did not pay from the Ministry of Transport through a lawsuit. The Ministry has agreed and will give out information from Monday onwards.
