Saturday morning will be crucial for all pharmacists since the board of their Union will adjourn in full in order for them to decide their further strikes.
Trying to make their complaints heard, pharmacists all over the country will keep their pharmacies closed until Friday, whilst next Wednesday they will start a new 3day strike.
The union is against the new legislation that was submitted to Parliament on Wednesday and believes that all small pharmacies will go bankrupt.
The endless queues outside the very few “on-call” pharmacies that remain open is characteristic of the difficult situation the Greek public is facing.
